What it does

Turns the payment terms captured in your Coda obligations register into calendar events. For each contract with scheduled payments, it creates Google Calendar entries on the due dates with the amount, counterparty, and contract reference, and keeps them in sync when register rows change.

When to use it

Use it when payment commitments live inside contracts but your finance team plans against a calendar. This gives AP and FP&A a forward view of every contractual outflow without copying due dates by hand.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled run (or a Coda row change) starts the flow.
  2. 2It reads obligation rows that carry payment terms and amounts from Coda.
  3. 3A logic step expands recurring or milestone schedules into individual due dates and skips rows already on the calendar.
  4. 4For each due date it creates or updates a Google Calendar event with amount, counterparty, and a link back to the Coda row.
  5. 5A confirmation summary of created and updated events is posted back to the Coda register.
