What it does

Gives the CEO agent a new contract and your approved template, then lets it reason through the redlines like a junior counsel. For each deviating clause it decides whether the change is acceptable or warrants a counter, drafts proposed counter-language grounded in your fallback positions, and opens a Linear issue for any clause that needs a human to approve before sending.

When to use it

Use it when redline review is judgment-heavy and you want an agent to do the first-pass negotiation reasoning, leaving humans to confirm only the calls that matter.

How it works

  1. 1A new contract draft arrives in the watched Drive folder and triggers the agent.
  2. 2The agent pulls both the draft and the approved template, then walks the clauses one by one.
  3. 3For each material deviation it decides accept or counter and drafts counter-language.
  4. 4A logic step separates auto-acceptable clauses from those needing human sign-off.
  5. 5Linear issues are created for the sign-off clauses, each with the proposed counter and rationale.
