What it does

Works the backlog of documents that the auto-classifier couldn't confidently route. An agent reads each file in the Dropbox `unsorted/` folder, reasons about what it is using the folder taxonomy and prior filing decisions, files the ones it's now sure about, and presents the genuinely ambiguous cases to the team in Slack with its best guess and reasoning.

When to use it

Use it when `unsorted/` accumulates edge cases that simple rules can't handle and you want judgment, not just a classifier. Good as the second-pass companion to the auto-foldering workflow.

How it works

  1. 1A schedule starts the triage run.
  2. 2The agent lists files in `unsorted/` and reads each one's text from Dropbox.
  3. 3For each file it proposes a type, destination, and confidence, citing similar past filings.
  4. 4A branch files high-confidence items directly into their Dropbox destination folder.
  5. 5Remaining ambiguous files are posted to Slack with the agent's recommendation and an approve/reroute prompt for a human.
