Dub help-center video clips into multiple languages from Dropbox
When a new English help-center clip lands in a Dropbox folder, transcribes it, generates ElevenLabs voiceovers in your target languages.

What it does
Watches a Dropbox folder for new English support-video clips, transcribes the audio, generates a voiceover track in each of your target languages with ElevenLabs, and delivers the localized audio back to Dropbox with a tracking row in Notion.
When to use it
Use this when your support team records help-center walkthroughs in English and needs the same narration in Spanish, French, German, or other languages without re-recording. It removes the manual hand-off to a localization vendor for short, high-volume clips.
How it works
- 1A new video file arriving in the watched Dropbox folder triggers the run.
- 2The clip's audio is transcribed to a source script.
- 3A check confirms the transcript is non-empty and under the length cap; short or failed transcripts are skipped.
- 4For each configured language, ElevenLabs translates the script and renders a voiceover in your chosen brand voice.
- 5Each localized audio file is uploaded back to a per-language Dropbox subfolder.
- 6A Notion row records the clip name, languages produced, and links to every output for the team to review.
