  • LogicBranch if language or voice field missing

  • ActionUpload audio to Dropbox project folderDropboxDropbox
  • OutputUpdate Notion row to Recorded with linkNotionNotion

What it does

Monitors a Notion database of voiceover scripts and, when a row's status changes to Approved, generates the narration with ElevenLabs using the language and voice specified on that row, then files the audio in Dropbox and updates the row to Recorded.

When to use it

Use this when content reviewers approve localized scripts in Notion and you want production to happen automatically the moment sign-off lands, instead of someone copying text into a voice tool by hand.

How it works

  1. 1A Notion row moving to the Approved status triggers the run.
  2. 2A check reads the row's language and voice fields; rows missing either are routed to a needs-info branch instead of rendering.
  3. 3ElevenLabs renders the approved script text into a voiceover in the specified voice and language.
  4. 4The audio file is uploaded to the matching Dropbox project folder.
  5. 5The Notion row is updated to Recorded with the Dropbox link and the render timestamp attached.
