Weekly batch-dub all new help clips missing translations
On a weekly schedule, scans Dropbox for help-center clips lacking voiceovers in each target language, batch-generates the missing ElevenLabs tracks.

What it does
Runs weekly to find every help-center clip in Dropbox that is still missing a voiceover in one or more target languages, generates the gaps with ElevenLabs in a batch, and reports localization coverage to your team in Slack.
When to use it
Use this when clips are added throughout the week and you want a dependable Monday sweep that closes translation gaps in one pass, rather than reacting to each upload. Good for teams that prefer scheduled, auditable batches over per-file automation.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule starts the run.
- 2The flow lists clips and their existing voiceover files in Dropbox to build a coverage matrix.
- 3A filter keeps only clip-and-language pairs that are still missing.
- 4ElevenLabs generates a voiceover for each missing pair using the clip's stored script.
- 5New audio files are uploaded to their per-language Dropbox folders.
- 6A coverage summary, including how many gaps were closed and any that failed, is posted to Slack.
