How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • LogicVerify event is a completion, not view/decline
  • ActionDownload signed PDF and completion certificate

  • OutputWrite archive link and status back to AirtableAirtableAirtable

What it does

Turns a finished signing event into a clean, permanent record. The moment your e-signature provider reports an envelope as completed, this flow grabs the final signed PDF and the certificate of completion, files them into a tidy `YYYY/MM` folder structure in Google Drive, and writes the resulting folder link back to your tracker so the record is findable later.

When to use it

Use it when signed agreements pile up in your e-signature tool but never make it into your company's system of record. Ideal for ops and legal teams who need an audit-ready archive without manual downloading and re-uploading.

How it works

  1. 1An inbound webhook from your signature provider fires on the "completed" event.
  2. 2A filter confirms the payload is a completion (not a view or decline) before continuing.
  3. 3The flow downloads the signed document and its completion certificate from the provided URLs.
  4. 4It ensures the destination `YYYY/MM` folder exists in Google Drive and uploads both files there.
  5. 5It updates the Airtable tracker row with status "archived" and the Drive folder link as the final output.
