What it does

Keeps deals from stalling because someone forgot to sign. Every weekday morning it reads your signature tracker, finds documents that were sent but not yet completed, and sends each outstanding signer a reminder by email. The reminder wording escalates with age: a friendly note at day 1-2, a firmer follow-up at day 3-6, and a final notice at day 7+ that also pings your team in Slack.

When to use it

Use it when contracts, NDAs, or order forms routinely sit unsigned and you are tired of manually scanning a spreadsheet to figure out who to chase. Best for teams who track sent envelopes in Airtable and want consistent, hands-off follow-up.

How it works

  1. 1A daily schedule fires on weekday mornings.
  2. 2The flow queries the Airtable tracker for rows where status is "sent" and no completion date is set.
  3. 3For each unsigned row it computes days-outstanding and branches into friendly, firm, or final-notice tiers.
  4. 4It sends the tier-appropriate reminder email to the signer via Gmail.
  5. 5Day 7+ documents also post an alert to the deals Slack channel so a human can intervene.
