How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerScheduled run at end of show hours
  • ActionQuery today's scans from AirtableAirtableAirtable
  • LogicAggregate by rep and compute hot-lead totals
  • OutputPost leaderboard recap to team Slack channelSlack

What it does

Sends the booth team a clean end-of-day summary in Slack: how many leads each rep scanned, how many were hot, the running event total, and a short list of leads still awaiting same-day follow-up. It keeps a traveling team aligned without anyone building a spreadsheet at the hotel bar.

When to use it

Use it on every day of a multi-day conference, scheduled for the end of show-floor hours, when you want the team to see progress and catch any dropped hot leads before the next morning.

How it works

  1. 1A schedule trigger fires at end of show hours each event day.
  2. 2The flow queries Airtable for all scans recorded that day.
  3. 3A logic step aggregates counts by rep and computes hot-lead totals and the untouched-followup queue.
  4. 4The numbers are formatted into a ranked leaderboard with the running event total.
  5. 5A Slack message posts the recap to the team channel with the follow-up queue called out.
