Audit Canned Replies for Drift Against Real Resolutions
Monthly, compares each canned reply in Coda to how agents actually resolved matching threads.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- ActionRead current macros from CodaCoda

What it does
This workflow keeps your macro library honest. Once a month it takes each canned reply from Coda, finds recent Front threads where that macro applied, and measures how much agents had to rewrite it before sending. Macros that are consistently edited or no longer match real answers get flagged as stale.
When to use it
Use it when canned replies have accumulated and you suspect some are outdated, off-tone, or routinely overridden. It surfaces exactly which macros need a refresh, backed by real usage rather than opinion.
How it works
- 1A monthly schedule triggers the audit.
- 2The flow reads the current macro list from Coda.
- 3For each macro it pulls recent resolved Front threads on the same topic and the replies actually sent.
- 4An OpenAI step scores divergence between the macro and real resolutions and writes a short drift explanation.
- 5A filter keeps only macros above the drift threshold.
- 6Flagged macros are updated in Coda with a "Needs review" status and the drift notes attached.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
