Agentic Inactive-Seat Reclamation Review
An agent investigates each idle SaaS seat by correlating SSO login gaps with HR status and ticket history, classifies it as reclaim, hold, or escalate, and drafts a reasoned…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerScheduled idle-seat review run
- ActionLoad idle seats and gather contextPostgres
- ActionPull support/access ticket historyZendesk
- LogicClassify reclaim / hold / escalate
- OutputWrite reasoned recommendations to Mondaymonday.com
What it does
Raw login gaps over-flag people on leave, contractors, or seasonal users. This workflow hands each idle seat to an agent that pulls supporting context, reasons about whether the inactivity is real waste, and produces a labeled recommendation with a rationale instead of a blunt list.
When to use it
Use it when false positives in seat reclamation cause real harm (revoking a seat for someone on parental leave) and you want context-aware triage before anything reaches an approver.
How it works
- 1A scheduled run hands the agent the current idle-seat list from Postgres.
- 2For each seat the agent gathers context: SSO login history, recent support tickets in Zendesk, and any open access requests.
- 3The agent reasons over the signals and classifies the seat as Reclaim, Hold, or Escalate, writing a short justification.
- 4A logic step routes Escalate cases to a human and the rest to the review queue.
- 5The agent records each recommendation with its rationale to a Monday review board for IT sign-off.

Recurring Sensor Fault Root-Cause Investigator
On a schedule, an agent reviews recent Monday work orders and BigQuery telemetry to identify equipment with repeating faults, drafts a root-cause hypothesis with a recommended fix.
Daily Building Anomaly Digest to MS Teams
Each morning queries BigQuery for the prior day's flagged sensor anomalies, summarizes them by site and system into a ranked briefing.
Reconcile SSO logins against expense spend to find unmanaged tools
Joins SSO usage data with expense/payment records in Snowflake to surface tools that are being used but not paid for, or paid for but never logged.
Approved-Seat Deprovision Execution
Fires when an IT approver confirms a seat for removal, then executes deprovisioning via the IdP API and logs the action to an audit table and a Linear cleanup ticket.
HVAC Anomaly Detection to Severity-Routed Work Orders
Ingests building HVAC telemetry via webhook, flags out-of-band temperature, pressure, or runtime readings.
Outlook Room Conflict Resolver with Approval Gate in Teams
When an Outlook room clashes, proposes a rebooking and asks the bumped meeting's organizer to approve the move in Microsoft Teams before any change is made.
