  • LogicResolve employee to assigned app seats
  • ActionRevoke each seat via vendor admin APIHTTP webhook
  • ActionWrite reclamation record to audit tableSnowflakeSnowflake
  • OutputPost confirmed reclamations to TeamsMicrosoft Teams

What it does

Closes the gap between an employee leaving and their paid app seats being freed. The moment HR flags someone as offboarded, this revokes their access across each app the company pays for and records the reclaimed seats for finance.

When to use it

Use it when manual offboarding leaves seats active for weeks. Ideal for organizations with a webhook-capable HRIS and a defined app inventory per role.

How it works

  1. 1An incoming webhook fires when HR sets an employee to offboarded.
  2. 2A logic step resolves the employee to their assigned app seats.
  3. 3For each app, an action calls the vendor admin API to deactivate the seat.
  4. 4A reclamation record per seat is written to a Snowflake audit table.
  5. 5A final output posts the confirmed reclamations to the IT-ops Teams channel for sign-off.
