Localize a Google Doc draft into per-region Drive copies with glossary QA
Triggered when a Doc lands in an Approved Drive folder, it generates a localized Google Doc per region, runs a glossary compliance pass.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew doc in Approved Drafts folderGoogle Drive
- ActionRead doc body and glossary sheetGoogle Drive
- ActionLocalize per region with glossaryOpenAI
- LogicGlossary compliance check and routing
- OutputFile localized doc in regional subfolderGoogle Drive
What it does
Takes an approved long-form draft from a designated Google Drive folder and produces a separate localized Google Doc for each region you maintain. A glossary enforcement pass scans every variant and either auto-corrects drifted terminology or routes the doc for human review when the change is ambiguous.
When to use it
Use it when your editorial team works in Google Docs and needs region-ready copies filed in an organized folder structure, with a guarantee that brand and product terms match the approved glossary.
How it works
- 1The trigger fires when a new doc appears in the Approved Drafts Drive folder.
- 2An action reads the document body and the central glossary sheet.
- 3An OpenAI step localizes the content for each configured region, applying locale tone and the glossary.
- 4A logic step diffs locked terms against the glossary; clean variants proceed, drifted ones are flagged.
- 5A Google Drive action writes each finished variant into its regional subfolder, named by locale.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect Google DriveDocs, sheets, slides, files.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
