CONTENT CREATION
Produce lifestyle and white-background image variants for a new product
On a webhook from your PIM, generate multiple on-brand product image variants with Replicate, store them in R2, and record the public URLs back in Airtable.

What it does
This workflow creates a set of marketing-ready image variants for a single product without a photo shoot. When your product information system fires a webhook with a product ID and a reference image URL, the flow generates several styled variants through Replicate — a clean white-background hero, a lifestyle scene matched to the product category, and a square social crop — each guided by a prompt that encodes your brand's color and styling cues. The generated files are uploaded to a Cloudflare R2 bucket under a predictable per-SKU path, and the resulting public URLs are written back into the product's Airtable record so downstream storefront and ad templates can pull them automatically.
When to use it
Use it when every new product needs more than one image angle but commissioning shots for each SKU is slow and expensive. It suits brands launching high volumes of similar items (apparel, accessories, home goods) that want consistent, on-brand imagery and a single source of truth for asset URLs.
How it works
- 1An HTTP webhook from your PIM delivers the product ID and a reference image URL.
- 2A logic step selects the variant recipes (white-bg, lifestyle, social) based on the product category.
- 3Replicate generates each image variant from the reference plus the brand-styled prompt.
- 4Each output is uploaded to R2 under a per-SKU key.
- 5The public URLs are written back to the product's Airtable row.
Tune the variant recipes per category to match your channel mix.
