On-demand Loom to illustrated Confluence runbook
Paste a Loom URL to manually trigger conversion of that walkthrough into an illustrated, step-by-step runbook published in Confluence with an auto-generated architecture diagram.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerManual run with Loom URL and target space
- ActionRetrieve transcript for the Loom videoLoom
- ActionRewrite transcript into runbook structureOpenAI
- ActionGenerate architecture diagram of the flowImage generation
- OutputPublish runbook page to ConfluenceConfluence
What it does
Converts a single Loom walkthrough you hand it into a formatted runbook in Confluence, complete with numbered procedure steps and a generated architecture diagram summarizing the whole flow.
When to use it
Use it for one-off documentation jobs: an engineer recorded a deploy or incident-recovery walkthrough and you want it in the team's Confluence space as a proper runbook before the knowledge evaporates. Manual trigger means you control exactly which video gets converted.
How it works
- 1You trigger the workflow manually and provide a Loom share URL and target Confluence space.
- 2The flow retrieves that video's transcript from Loom.
- 3An LLM rewrites the transcript into a runbook: prerequisites, numbered procedure steps, and rollback notes.
- 4A single architecture-style diagram is generated to summarize the end-to-end process.
- 5The runbook plus diagram is published as a new Confluence page under the chosen space, tagged for discovery.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect LoomVideo transcripts, libraries.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect Image generationManaged Nano Banana image renders, metered per image.
- 4Connect ConfluenceSpaces, pages, blueprints.
- 5Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
