What it does

Turns a screen-recorded Loom walkthrough into a polished, illustrated how-to article published in Notion — no manual write-up. Each spoken step becomes a numbered section with its own generated diagram.

When to use it

Use it when your team records process walkthroughs in Loom (onboarding flows, tool setups, internal SOPs) but never gets around to writing the doc. Point a Loom folder at this workflow and every recording becomes a searchable Notion article automatically.

How it works

  1. 1A Loom webhook fires when a new recording finishes processing.
  2. 2The flow pulls the video's transcript and timestamps from Loom.
  3. 3An LLM segments the transcript into discrete, ordered steps with a title and instruction for each.
  4. 4For every step, a diagram is generated from the step's intent (e.g. a labeled flow or UI sketch).
  5. 5The steps and images are assembled into a structured how-to with intro, numbered sections, and a recap.
  6. 6The article is published as a new Notion page in the chosen workspace database, ready to share.
