What it does

Produces a portable, shareable SOP artifact. It turns a Loom walkthrough into a structured document with numbered steps and embedded screenshots, renders it to a branded PDF, and stores it in an organized Google Drive folder named by date and process — so you have a fixed, distributable record outside any wiki.

When to use it

Use it when SOPs need to leave the wiki: client deliverables, auditor packets, vendor handoffs, or printed training binders. Anytime a static, versioned PDF beats a living page.

How it works

  1. 1A finished Loom recording in the workspace triggers the flow.
  2. 2The transcript and key frames are pulled from Loom.
  3. 3An agent structures the content into title, purpose, prerequisites, and numbered steps.
  4. 4It generates a screenshot image for each step.
  5. 5It composes the document and renders it to a branded PDF.
  6. 6The PDF is uploaded to a dated Google Drive folder for the process and the file link is returned for distribution.
