Nightly: revive stalled deals with a fresh personalized Loom nudge
Runs nightly to find HubSpot deals with no activity for a set number of days, drafts a short re-engagement Loom script referencing the deal's last touchpoint.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNightly schedule
- ActionQuery stalled open dealsHubSpot
- LogicFilter out closed-lost and OOO owners
- ActionDraft revival Loom script per dealOpenAI
- ActionCreate Loom link per dealLoom
- OutputCreate Gmail draft for rep to recordGmail
What it does
Every night this workflow scans HubSpot for open deals that have gone quiet past your stall threshold. For each one it builds a concise re-engagement Loom script that references where the conversation left off and proposes a single clear next step. It creates a Loom link per deal and drafts the outreach email in the rep's Gmail so they can record and send in under two minutes.
When to use it
Use it to systematically work your aging pipeline instead of letting stalled deals rot. It turns 'I should follow up' into a ready-to-record queue every morning.
How it works
- 1A nightly schedule triggers the batch run.
- 2HubSpot is queried for open deals past the configured days-since-last-activity threshold.
- 3A filter drops deals already in closed-lost or those owned by out-of-office reps.
- 4For each remaining deal, OpenAI drafts a short revival Loom script from the last touchpoint and stage.
- 5A Loom recording link is created per deal.
- 6A Gmail draft is created in the rep's account with the script and Loom link attached.
