What it does

Converts an engineer's or operator's Loom walkthrough into a formal internal runbook in Confluence. Beyond the step text, it produces a single generated diagram image that visualizes the overall flow, giving readers a map of the process at a glance.

When to use it

Use it for internal process documentation: deploy procedures, incident response steps, or tooling guides that your team records once and needs durable, searchable docs for. Best when the audience benefits from a high-level visual in addition to written steps.

How it works

  1. 1A new Loom recording triggers the workflow with its transcript and metadata.
  2. 2The transcript is fetched and cleaned, removing filler and false starts.
  3. 3An OpenAI model rewrites the narration into a numbered runbook with prerequisites and a short summary of the end-to-end flow.
  4. 4A diagram image of that flow is generated from the summary.
  5. 5The runbook text and the diagram are published as a new page in the chosen Confluence space, tagged for review.
