Loom walkthrough to Confluence runbook with a generated flow diagram

What it does
Converts an engineer's or operator's Loom walkthrough into a formal internal runbook in Confluence. Beyond the step text, it produces a single generated diagram image that visualizes the overall flow, giving readers a map of the process at a glance.
When to use it
Use it for internal process documentation: deploy procedures, incident response steps, or tooling guides that your team records once and needs durable, searchable docs for. Best when the audience benefits from a high-level visual in addition to written steps.
How it works
- 1A new Loom recording triggers the workflow with its transcript and metadata.
- 2The transcript is fetched and cleaned, removing filler and false starts.
- 3An OpenAI model rewrites the narration into a numbered runbook with prerequisites and a short summary of the end-to-end flow.
- 4A diagram image of that flow is generated from the summary.
- 5The runbook text and the diagram are published as a new page in the chosen Confluence space, tagged for review.
