Mail a physical onboarding kit when a Salesforce opportunity closes won
Triggers a printed welcome kit mailing the moment a Salesforce opportunity flips to Closed Won, then notifies the account team in Slack with the tracking details.

What it does
The instant a Salesforce opportunity moves to Closed Won, this workflow orders a printed onboarding kit (welcome letter plus quick-start booklet) to the new customer's billing address and tells the account team it's on the way.
When to use it
Use it to make new customers feel real attention from day one. Instead of CS staff remembering to ship swag, the close event itself kicks off a tangible welcome package, and the team gets a Slack heads-up so the human follow-up lines up with the kit's arrival.
How it works
- 1A Salesforce webhook fires when an Opportunity's StageName becomes Closed Won.
- 2A filter checks the amount is above your kit threshold and the account has a shipping address; smaller or address-less deals are skipped.
- 3The workflow reads the account's mailing address and contact name from Salesforce.
- 4It submits a print-and-mail order for the onboarding kit to the mail provider's HTTP API and captures the returned tracking id.
- 5It posts a message to the account team's Slack channel with the customer name, kit type, and tracking id.
