Post-call MAP sync that reschedules slipped milestones and nudges the buyer
Triggered by a Zoom call recap webhook, an agent reconciles the call notes against the Salesforce mutual action plan, updates milestone dates that moved.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom call recap webhookZoom
- ActionAgent reconciles recap against Salesforce MAPSalesforce
- LogicIdentify shifted milestones and close-date slips
- ActionUpdate milestone dates in SalesforceSalesforce
- ActionDraft buyer confirmation and next-step nudge
- OutputSend confirmation email via GmailGmail
What it does
Turns a sales call into an updated, honest plan. Right after a meeting wraps, it reads the recap, figures out which mutual action plan milestones shifted or got new commitments, updates those dates in Salesforce, and drafts a buyer email that confirms the revised timeline and the very next step the buyer owns.
When to use it
Use it when MAPs drift because nobody updates them after the call. This keeps the plan synced to what was actually agreed and sends the buyer a confirmation that doubles as a gentle accountability nudge.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recap webhook fires when a deal call ends.
- 2The Paperclip agent matches the call to its Salesforce opportunity and reads the recap against the existing MAP milestones.
- 3A logic step identifies which milestones changed date or owner and whether any now slip past the close date.
- 4The agent updates the affected milestone records in Salesforce.
- 5It drafts a follow-up email confirming the revised plan and the buyer's next owed step.
- 6The confirmation email is sent to the buyer via Gmail.
