MAP Slip Detector: Escalate Plans With No Next Meeting Booked
Cross-checks each active close plan against the AE's calendar and, when a deal has open near-term steps but no upcoming buyer meeting on the books, escalates to the sales manager…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- OutputEscalate to manager Slack channelSlack
What it does
This workflow joins two signals: open mutual-action-plan steps coming due soon in HubSpot, and whether the AE actually has a meeting with anyone from that account on their Google Calendar. When a deal has near-term plan steps but zero scheduled buyer touchpoints, it posts an escalation to the sales manager's channel naming the deal and the at-risk steps.
When to use it
Use it for late-stage pipeline where momentum dies in the gap between meetings. A close plan with deadlines but no next meeting booked is the clearest leading indicator of slippage — this surfaces it to the manager who can intervene.
How it works
- 1A twice-weekly schedule starts the run.
- 2Pull active deals with mutual-action-plan steps due in the next ten days from HubSpot.
- 3Check each owner's Google Calendar for an upcoming meeting tied to that account.
- 4Keep only deals with open steps and no scheduled buyer meeting.
- 5Post an escalation digest to the sales manager's Slack channel.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.

- 2Connect Google CalendarEvents, attendees, availability.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
