How it runs

  • TriggerDaily 7am schedule
  • ActionRead active MAP steps from NotionNotionNotion
  • LogicFlag overdue or idle steps
  • ActionEnrich with Salesforce opportunity dataSalesforce
  • OutputPost at-risk step digest to SlackSlack

What it does

Watches the mutual action plans (MAPs) you track in Notion and surfaces any step that is past due or sitting idle, then pings the right people so a single slipped task doesn't quietly drag the whole close date.

When to use it

Run it when you manage multi-step enterprise closes where buyer and seller share a plan and a stale step is the first sign a deal is going cold. Best for teams that already keep MAPs in Notion and run their deal updates in Salesforce.

How it works

  1. 1A daily 7am schedule fires the check.
  2. 2Pull all MAP databases tagged active from Notion and read each step's due date, owner, and completion state.
  3. 3Logic compares due dates to today and flags any step overdue or untouched within 48 hours of its due date.
  4. 4Look up the matching Salesforce opportunity to attach deal value and stage to each flagged step.
  5. 5Post a per-deal Slack message to the owning rep's channel listing the at-risk steps, owner, and days slipped.
