How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerQuarterly schedule fires
  • ActionRead tagged responses for the quarter from AirtableAirtableAirtable
  • LogicAggregate theme counts, deltas, and top quotes
  • ActionWrite refreshed insights board to CodaCodaCoda
  • OutputPost board link to SlackSlack

What it does

Once per quarter it pulls every classified survey response from Airtable, computes how many comments fell into each theme cluster, compares the mix against the prior quarter, and publishes a clean insights board in Coda with theme volumes, deltas, and representative quotes per theme.

When to use it

Use it when you already tag verbatims by theme and need a repeatable quarterly business review artifact. It replaces the spreadsheet-and-copy-paste ritual that eats an analyst's week before every QBR.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled trigger fires at the start of each quarter.
  2. 2The workflow reads all responses from the Airtable theme table for the quarter window.
  3. 3Logic aggregates counts per theme, computes quarter-over-quarter deltas, and selects the top verbatim quote for each cluster.
  4. 4The assembled board (theme table, trend arrows, quotes) is written to a Coda doc.
  5. 5A Slack note links the team to the refreshed board.
