CONTENT CREATION
Caption and keyword-tag Google Drive images for search
Watches a Google Drive folder for new images, uses HuggingFace to produce both a caption and search keywords.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

What it does
For each new image added to a Google Drive folder, this workflow generates an alt-text caption plus a set of search keywords with HuggingFace models, writes the Drive file description, and logs a searchable entry in Airtable.
When to use it
Use it when assets live in Google Drive and the real pain is discoverability: people can't find the right image because nothing is described or tagged. It makes every asset findable by both Drive search and your Airtable catalog.
How it works
- 1A new image in the watched Google Drive folder triggers the run.
- 2The file is downloaded from Drive.
- 3A HuggingFace image-to-text model produces a natural-language caption.
- 4A HuggingFace classification or zero-shot model derives search keywords from the image and caption.
- 5The Drive file's description is updated with the caption for native search.
- 6A searchable record (caption, keywords, link) is created in Airtable.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect Google DriveDocs, sheets, slides, files.
- 2Connect Hugging FaceModels, datasets, spaces — the open-source hub.
- 3Connect AirtableBases, tables, views, automations.

- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
