What it does
Gives teams that record on local or third-party tools a way in: drop a recording into a shared Google Drive folder and it gets transcribed, summarized, emailed to attendees, and turned into ClickUp tasks for each follow-up.
When to use it

How it works
- 1A Google Drive trigger fires when a new audio or video file lands in the watched folder.
- 2The file is sent to OpenAI for transcription.
- 3OpenAI then summarizes the transcript and extracts action items with owners and due dates.
- 4A recap email is composed and sent via Gmail to the meeting attendees.
- 5Each action item is created as a ClickUp task in the chosen list, assigned to its owner with the due date set.
