What it does

Takes a point-in-time snapshot of your entire NDA register, loads it into Snowflake for long-term analytics, and builds a leadership-friendly coverage report — how many NDAs are active, expiring, by counterparty, and by business unit — published to Notion each quarter.

When to use it

Use it when leadership or audit asks "what confidentiality coverage do we actually have?" and you need a defensible, dated answer plus a warehouse table to slice however finance or legal want later.

How it works

  1. 1A quarterly schedule starts the run.
  2. 2The full NDA register is read from Airtable, including counterparty, status, dates, and S3 document links.
  3. 3Each record is loaded into a dated snapshot table in Snowflake so historical states are preserved.
  4. 4The workflow aggregates the snapshot into coverage metrics by status, counterparty, and business unit.
  5. 5A formatted quarterly report is published to a Notion page for leadership, completing the cycle with both a warehouse record and a readable summary.
