Weekly onboarding portfolio health digest
Compiles every active onboarding from ClickUp into a single weekly digest scoring each account green/yellow/red by milestone progress and time-in-stage.

What it does
Once a week this workflow rolls up all in-flight onboardings into one health digest. It scores each customer green, yellow, or red based on milestones completed versus elapsed time and flags which accounts are slipping, giving leadership a single view of where implementations stand.
When to use it
Use it when individual nudges are not enough and leadership needs a portfolio-level picture every Monday — which onboardings are on track, which are at risk, and which have stalled across the whole book of business.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule triggers the rollup.
- 2The flow pulls all active onboarding tasks and their milestone progress from ClickUp.
- 3For each customer it computes a health score from percent complete versus days since kickoff and time stuck in the current stage.
- 4A grouping step buckets accounts into green, yellow, and red tiers.
- 5It writes the digest to a Notion page and posts a summary with the red and yellow lists to the leadership Slack channel.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ClickUpDocs + tasks + chats in one workspace.
- 2Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
