Weekly promise-kept scorecard from Outlook commitments, published to Notion
Once a week, reconciles your tracked email promises against what was actually delivered, calculates a promise-kept rate.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly Friday schedule
- ActionPull this week's commitments from NotionNotion
- LogicBucket kept/missed/open and compute rate
- ActionWrite narrative scorecard with LLMOpenAI
- OutputPublish scorecard page to NotionNotion
What it does
This workflow reviews the week's tracked email commitments, determines which were kept, missed, or still open by their due dates, computes a promise-kept percentage, and uses an LLM to write a short narrative scorecard. The report is published as a dated page in Notion to build a running record of your reliability.
When to use it
When you want accountability as a trend, not a to-do list. Founders and team leads use it for a weekly self-review, or to share follow-through metrics with a coach or manager.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule trigger fires, typically Friday afternoon.
- 2The workflow pulls all commitments from the Notion tracker dated within the past week.
- 3A logic step buckets each into kept, missed, or still-open and computes the kept rate.
- 4An LLM writes a concise scorecard summarizing the rate, notable misses, and a trend note versus prior weeks.
- 5The scorecard is published as a new dated page in a Notion reports section.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
