What it does

Turns a single clean product packshot into four seasonal lifestyle shots (spring, summer, autumn, winter) without a photo studio. Each variant keeps the product pixel-identical and only swaps the surrounding scene, so a catalog of one image becomes a full seasonal campaign set.

When to use it

Use it when your merchandising team uploads plain white-background product photos and marketing needs season-appropriate hero images for the storefront, email, and social. Ideal for ecommerce teams running quarterly seasonal refreshes across hundreds of SKUs.

How it works

  1. 1A new row lands in the Airtable "Packshots" table with a product image and SKU.
  2. 2A filter checks the row has an image attached and no variants generated yet, skipping anything already processed.
  3. 3For each of the four season prompts, a Replicate background-replacement model runs against the source packshot, preserving the masked product and rendering the seasonal scene.
  4. 4The four output image URLs are collected and validated for successful generation.
  5. 5The Airtable record is updated with the variant URLs and its status flipped to "Variants ready" for the design team to review.
