How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWeekly schedule fires
  • ActionPull week's findings from Postgres audit logPostgreSQLPostgres
  • LogicAggregate by bucket and severity, compute trend
  • ActionLoad metrics into Snowflake tableSnowflakeSnowflake
  • OutputEmail exposure scorecard to leadership via OutlookOutlook

What it does

Rolls up the week's PII findings across all your scanned object stores into a single executive scorecard: how many exposures, which buckets are worst, and whether the trend is improving. It loads the numbers to Snowflake for BI and emails a readable summary to leadership.

When to use it

Use this for governance and reporting rather than enforcement — when leadership and compliance need a recurring, defensible picture of data-exposure posture and its trajectory over time.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule starts the rollup.
  2. 2The flow pulls the week's findings from the Postgres audit log written by your scanners.
  3. 3A logic step aggregates counts by bucket and severity and computes week-over-week change.
  4. 4The aggregated metrics are loaded into a Snowflake table for dashboards.
  5. 5A summary email with the scorecard and top movers is sent to leadership via Outlook.
