CONTENT CREATION
Zoom interview recording to episode asset tracker
When a Zoom recording finishes, transcribes it, drafts show notes and chapter timestamps with OpenAI.

What it does
Closes the loop between recording an interview on Zoom and having its assets logged in your production pipeline. It transcribes the recording, drafts notes and chapters, and files everything as a row in your episode tracker with a review ping.
When to use it
Use it for interview-format shows recorded over Zoom where the editorial team tracks each episode's status in Airtable. It removes the manual download-transcribe-log handoff between recording and editing.
How it works
- 1Zoom's recording-completed event triggers the workflow with the cloud recording reference.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the recording audio into timestamped text.
- 3OpenAI produces a working title, summary, chapter timestamps, and a first-pass show-notes draft.
- 4A new row is created in the Airtable episode tracker with the assets attached and status set to Review.
- 5A Slack message notifies the producers channel that the episode is ready for editorial review, linking the Airtable row.
