CONTENT CREATION
Route guest soundbites for approval before publishing clips
When an episode transcript is added to Airtable, an agent extracts candidate guest soundbites and posts them to Slack for the producer to approve.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew transcript row added in AirtableAirtable
- ActionAgent extracts guest soundbites with timestamps
- ActionPost candidates to Slack for approvalSlack
- LogicKeep only producer-approved quotes
- ActionRender approved quotes as graphicsImage generation
- OutputFile graphics in Google Drive episode folderGoogle Drive
What it does
Finds the strongest things your guest said, surfaces them to a producer in Slack for a quick yes or no, and only then turns the approved lines into branded pull-quote graphics. It adds a human checkpoint so nothing embarrassing or off-message ships automatically.
When to use it
Use it for interview shows where guest quotes need a sign-off before promotion, especially when guests are executives or partners who care how they are represented. Best when speed matters but a human gate is non-negotiable.
How it works
- 1A new transcript row in Airtable triggers the run.
- 2An agent extracts candidate guest-only soundbites with their timestamps.
- 3Each candidate is posted to a Slack channel with approve and skip buttons.
- 4A branch waits on the producer's choice and drops anything not approved.
- 5Approved quotes are rendered into branded pull-quote graphics.
- 6The final images are filed into the episode's Google Drive folder for the social team.
