CONTENT CREATION
Produce dubbed multilingual audiograms from one episode
Takes a flagged episode, dubs key segments into target languages with voice cloning, renders captioned audiograms for each language, and stores them in cloud storage by locale.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerEpisode tagged 'localize' in AirtableAirtable
- ActionTranscribe source audio with timestampsElevenLabs
- ActionSelect and translate key segmentsOpenAI
- ActionDub segments with cloned voiceElevenLabs
- ActionRender captioned audiograms per languageReplicate
- OutputUpload to S3 by locale + log links to AirtableAWS S3
What it does
Expands one episode into localized audio assets for international audiences. It transcribes and translates standout segments, dubs them using the host's cloned voice per language, renders captioned audiograms for each locale, and files everything in cloud storage organized by language.
When to use it
Use it when your show has a meaningful audience outside its primary language and you want native-language clips without re-recording. Best for shows with evergreen, segment-friendly content.
How it works
- 1Tagging an episode 'localize' in Airtable triggers the run, with target languages listed in the row.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the source audio with timestamps.
- 3An LLM selects 2-3 strong standalone segments and translates each into the target languages.
- 4ElevenLabs dubs each translated segment using the host's cloned voice.
- 5Replicate renders a captioned audiogram per segment per language.
- 6Finished files are uploaded to an S3 bucket under per-locale prefixes, and the Airtable row is updated with the links.

Full multi-format snippet pack from one episode
An agent takes a published episode and produces a complete repurposing pack: quote cards, show notes, audiogram scripts, and a thread, organized into a Notion hub page.
Guest recap email draft after episode publish
When an episode publishes, transcribe it, draft a personalized thank-you email to the guest with their best quotes and shareable links, and queue it as a Gmail draft.
Build a Dropbox B-roll library from exported blog drafts
Triggers when a new blog draft file lands in a Dropbox folder, generates a Replicate B-roll clip for each paragraph.
Audiogram script and clip-timestamp builder
From a transcript dropped in Drive, pick three viral-worthy 30-to-60-second segments, write captions and hook text, and post the clip plan to Slack for editors.
Generate B-roll clips when a blog post is marked Ready in Notion
Watches a Notion blog database for posts flipped to 'Ready', splits the body into paragraphs, and generates a short B-roll video clip for each paragraph with Replicate.
Podcast episode to branded quote cards
When a new episode audio file lands in Drive, transcribe it, pull the five most quotable lines, and generate branded quote-card images ready to post.
