What it does

Produces the two image variants most listings need from a single upload: a transparent cutout and a clean white-background version. It picks up new photos from Google Drive, runs them through Replicate, and assembles both outputs into a Notion page the listing editor can pull from.

When to use it

Use it when product photos arrive in Google Drive and your listing team needs consistent transparent and white-background versions for different sales channels, instead of editing each variant by hand.

How it works

  1. 1A new image in the watched Google Drive folder triggers the run.
  2. 2The image is upscaled with Replicate to the listing resolution.
  3. 3A Replicate background-removal call produces the transparent cutout.
  4. 4A second pass composites the cutout onto a clean white background.
  5. 5Both finished variants are uploaded to R2 for hosting.
  6. 6A Notion page is created for the product with both image links and ready-to-publish fields.
