Post-Meeting Recap that Logs Notes and Next Steps to HubSpot
After an external Outlook meeting ends, this prompts you for notes, extracts decisions and action items, logs an activity to the HubSpot deal.

What it does
Captures the value of a meeting right after it happens. When an external Outlook event ends, the workflow collects your raw notes, uses an LLM to pull out decisions, action items, and owners, then logs a structured engagement on the matching HubSpot deal and saves a clean recap page in Notion. The CRM stays current and follow-ups get a clear home — without manual data entry.
When to use it
For anyone whose post-call notes pile up unlogged. Pairs naturally with the pre-meeting dossier workflows to close the loop on both ends of a meeting.
How it works
- 1An external Outlook meeting's end time triggers the workflow.
- 2You're prompted to submit raw notes (or they're pulled from a linked notes source).
- 3An LLM extracts decisions, action items, owners, and sentiment.
- 4The attendee and deal are matched in HubSpot.
- 5A structured activity with next steps is logged to the HubSpot deal.
- 6A formatted recap page is saved to Notion and linked from the event.
