What it does

Instead of reacting to one invoice at a time, this runs a full portfolio audit on a cadence. An agent walks the active-vendor list in Airtable, pulls each vendor's most recent Stripe charges, and reasons about whether a difference is expected (annual escalator, agreed add-on) or unexplained. For genuine drift it writes a concise finding and opens a Linear ticket assigned to the contract owner, with severity set by the size of the gap.

When to use it

Use it for a recurring finance close or vendor-spend review where you want a standing reconciliation rather than per-invoice noise. Best when contracts have nuance an agent should weigh, not just a hard numeric threshold.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule kicks off the sweep.
  2. 2The agent lists all active contracts and contracted rates from Airtable.
  3. 3For each vendor it retrieves recent charges from Stripe.
  4. 4It reasons about whether each difference is explained or true drift.
  5. 5Explained items are noted; unexplained drift opens a severity-tagged Linear ticket with the agent's findings.
