  • LogicDetect newly-red accounts
  • OutputCreate save task for owner on red accountsAttio

What it does

This workflow keeps your CRM honest about account health. It writes a fresh usage-derived health score onto each Attio company record and, when an account turns red, opens a dated save task assigned to its owner so nothing slips between dashboards.

When to use it

Use it when AEs live in Attio and you want renewal risk visible right on the company record instead of a separate BI tool. Ideal for keeping CRM health fields current without manual data entry.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled trigger runs on your chosen cadence (daily or weekly).
  2. 2A Snowflake query returns each account's current health score and the prior score for change detection.
  3. 3An action upserts the score and trend onto the matching Attio company record by external ID.
  4. 4A logic step detects accounts that newly crossed the red threshold this run.
  5. 5For each newly-red account, an action creates a save task in Attio assigned to the record owner with a due date and risk context in the body.
