Autonomous Quote-Revival Agent
An agent that investigates each expired unsigned quote, decides the right re-engagement strategy per deal, regenerates a Stripe quote with renewed terms.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerDaily schedule kicks off agent
- ActionPull expired quotes and contextSalesforce
- LogicScore win-back confidence
- ActionRegenerate renewed Stripe quoteStripe
- ActionSend tailored revival emailGmail
- OutputLog strategy back to SalesforceSalesforce
What it does
Runs an agent over your stalled quotes that does more than send a templated nudge. For each expired unsigned proposal it pulls the deal context, weighs signals like deal size, prior engagement, and time since expiry, and chooses a tailored approach: discount-led, deadline-led, or a soft check-in. When it decides to proceed it generates a new Stripe quote with renewed validity and drafts a matched email; low-confidence deals are flagged for human review instead.
When to use it
Use this when a one-size-fits-all reminder underperforms and you want per-deal judgment without staffing it. Best for higher-value pipelines where the right framing materially changes win-back odds.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule kicks off the agent.
- 2The agent retrieves expired unsigned quotes and their deal context from Salesforce.
- 3For each, it reasons about the best re-engagement strategy and a win-back confidence score.
- 4A confidence threshold branches: proceed automatically or route to human review.
- 5For high-confidence deals it generates a renewed quote in Stripe and a tailored email.
- 6The email is sent via Gmail and the chosen strategy is logged back to Salesforce.
