What it does
Takes any sales call recording dropped into a shared folder, condenses it into the objections raised and how the rep handled them, then files that coaching summary directly on the matching Salesforce Opportunity so it lives with the deal — not in a rep's inbox.
When to use it
Use this when calls come from mixed sources (dialers, in-person recorders, phone) and land as files rather than Zoom events, and when you want the coaching record attached to the CRM deal for pipeline reviews.
How it works
