What it does
Gives each prospect their own branded asset hub instead of a wall of attachments. It builds a per-prospect Google Drive folder, copies in the matched collateral, opens the right sharing access, and sends one clean folder link.
When to use it
Use it when prospects ask for 'everything in one place' or when buying committees need a shared space. Better than email attachments for deals with many stakeholders or long evaluation cycles.
How it works
- 1A HubSpot deal reaching the post-demo stage triggers the flow with company and contact details.
- 2Logic resolves the asset set from the deal's segment and product interest.
- 3Google Drive creates a new folder named for the prospect, copies the matched library files into it, and applies view permissions for the contact's domain.
- 4OpenAI drafts a short recap email pointing to the shared folder.
- 5Outlook sends the contact the folder link, CC'ing the rep, and the folder URL is written back to the HubSpot deal.
