What it does
Watches your product-usage warehouse for accounts that are suddenly leaning on your product harder than usual, then hands the account team a packaged upsell play instead of a raw number. Each play names the spiking metric, the likely driver, the open seats or limits being approached, and three tailored talking points the rep can use on a call.

How it works
