What it does

Watches your product-usage warehouse for accounts that are suddenly leaning on your product harder than usual, then hands the account team a packaged upsell play instead of a raw number. Each play names the spiking metric, the likely driver, the open seats or limits being approached, and three tailored talking points the rep can use on a call.

When to use it

Run this when your team sits on a pile of usage data but expansion conversations only happen when a rep stumbles onto a hot account. It turns a passive dashboard into a proactive, daily nudge that says "call this account now, here's why, here's the angle."

How it works

  1. 1A daily schedule queries Snowflake for accounts whose 7-day active-seat or event count rose more than a set threshold versus the prior period.
  2. 2A filter drops accounts already in an open expansion opportunity to avoid noise.
  3. 3Salesforce is queried to attach owner, plan tier, renewal date, and contract limits.
  4. 4An LLM step drafts a concise play: the signal, why it likely happened, and three talking points framed to the account's tier.
  5. 5The finished play is posted to the owning rep's Slack channel, tagged to the account owner.
