Score inbound leads against ICP and alert sales on hot fits
Scores each new HubSpot lead against your ideal customer profile using an LLM, writes the score back.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew contact created in HubSpotHubSpot
- ActionScore contact against ICP with LLMOpenAI
- ActionWrite fit score and rationale to contactHubSpot
- LogicIs score above hot threshold?
- OutputEmail rep a priority alertGmail
What it does
Each inbound lead is scored 0-100 against your written ICP definition (industry, size, tech stack, role seniority). The score and a one-line rationale are saved to the contact, and high-scoring leads trigger an immediate email to the assigned rep so they follow up first.
When to use it
Use this when reps waste time on poor-fit inbounds and you want a consistent, explainable fit score that surfaces the leads worth calling within minutes of arrival.
How it works
- 1A new contact is created in HubSpot, firing the trigger.
- 2An LLM scores the contact against your ICP prompt and returns a number plus a short reason.
- 3The fit score and rationale are written back to custom HubSpot properties.
- 4A logic gate checks whether the score clears your hot threshold.
- 5If hot, the contact's owner receives a Gmail alert with the score, reason, and record link; cold leads simply stay enriched in the CRM.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect HubSpotCRM, deals, marketing, support.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect GmailRead, draft, send, label.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
