Pricing Revisit → Personalized AE Email Nudge
When a contact revisits pricing and their assigned AE is unavailable for the next two days, sends the lead a personalized.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerPricing revisit event webhookHTTP webhook
- ActionFetch contact and owning AE from HubSpotHubSpot
- LogicCheck AE availability; proceed only if booked for 48h
- ActionSend personalized email from AE proposing two open timesGmail
- OutputLog the outreach touch on the HubSpot dealHubSpot
What it does
Keeps the momentum when a rep cannot jump on a live signal. After a pricing revisit, it checks the owning AE's calendar; if the AE has no near-term openings to reach out personally, it sends the lead a warm, individualized email from the AE's mailbox offering two concrete meeting times pulled from real availability — so the lead always gets a timely, human-feeling response.
When to use it
Use it for teams whose AEs travel, run back-to-back demos, or work across time zones, where a Slack ping would sit unread for hours. It guarantees the buying signal gets a reply the same day.
How it works
- 1A webhook receives the pricing revisit event with the contact's email.
- 2HubSpot supplies the contact details and owning AE.
- 3The AE's Google Calendar is checked for near-term availability windows.
- 4If the AE is booked solid for 48 hours, two open slots are selected for the proposal.
- 5A personalized email is sent from the AE's Gmail offering those times, and the touch is logged to HubSpot.
