MAP Re-Engagement Agent: Research the Buyer's Blocker and Draft a Tailored Note
For each overdue buyer commitment, an agent researches the account and stakeholder context, infers the likely blocker.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerSchedule lists overdue MAP stepsSalesforce
- ActionGather deal and stakeholder contextSalesforce
- ActionResearch account for blocker signalsExa
- LogicInfer likely blocker, pick angle
- OutputSave tailored draft to Notion deal pageNotion
What it does
For every overdue buyer-side step in a mutual action plan, an agent gathers context about the account and the responsible stakeholder, reasons about why the step likely stalled (budget freeze, reorg, competing priority), and drafts a re-engagement note matched to that hypothesis. Each draft is saved to a Notion page on the deal for the AE to review.
When to use it
Use it when generic nudges fall flat and you want notes that reflect what's actually happening at the account. Best for complex, multi-stakeholder deals where understanding the blocker matters more than speed.
How it works
- 1A scheduled trigger lists overdue buyer MAP steps from Salesforce.
- 2The agent pulls recent activity, contact roles, and notes for each affected deal.
- 3It runs targeted web research on the account for signals like funding, leadership changes, or hiring shifts.
- 4It forms a blocker hypothesis and drafts a re-engagement note aligned to it.
- 5The draft and its reasoning are written to the deal's Notion page for AE review.
