Buyer-Side Silence Escalation Email Drafter
When a mutual action plan milestone passes its due date, it checks whether the buyer owner has replied to recent threads and, if they've gone silent, drafts a tactful follow-up…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerMidday schedule
- ActionPull overdue milestones + buyer emailsSalesforce
- ActionSearch buyer's latest thread replyGmail
- LogicProceed only if buyer has gone silent
- ActionDraft milestone-specific follow-up copyOpenAI
- OutputCreate Gmail draft for rep reviewGmail
What it does
For each overdue MAP milestone, it looks at the buyer contact's recent Gmail thread activity to confirm they've actually gone quiet, then writes a context-aware nudge email referencing the specific commitment and date. The draft lands in the rep's inbox as a ready-to-send draft, not an auto-send.
When to use it
Use it when you want gentle, human-approved re-engagement rather than a blunt reminder. It is ideal for reps who manage many late-stage deals and need the system to spot silence and pre-write the outreach.
How it works
- 1A schedule runs midday to catch milestones due that morning.
- 2Pull overdue MAP milestones and their buyer contact emails from Salesforce.
- 3For each buyer, search Gmail for the latest reply on the deal thread.
- 4Branch: if no buyer reply in the silence window, proceed; otherwise skip.
- 5An LLM step composes a milestone-specific follow-up referencing the missed date and next step.
- 6Create a Gmail draft addressed to the buyer for the rep to review and send.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
