What it does
When a deal is flagged as drifting, an agent pulls the full mutual action plan and recent communication context, reasons about each silent milestone, and chooses the appropriate recovery action: a Slack nudge to the rep, a drafted buyer email, or an escalation to the manager. It records its reasoning so the team can audit every decision.
When to use it
Use it when uniform reminders are too blunt and you want judgment applied per milestone — distinguishing a buyer who needs a gentle ping from a deal that needs manager escalation. Best for high-value deals where tailored recovery matters.
