  • ActionDraft tailored buyer email where chosenGmailGmail
  • OutputWrite decision log to SalesforceSalesforce

What it does

When a deal is flagged as drifting, an agent pulls the full mutual action plan and recent communication context, reasons about each silent milestone, and chooses the appropriate recovery action: a Slack nudge to the rep, a drafted buyer email, or an escalation to the manager. It records its reasoning so the team can audit every decision.

When to use it

Use it when uniform reminders are too blunt and you want judgment applied per milestone — distinguishing a buyer who needs a gentle ping from a deal that needs manager escalation. Best for high-value deals where tailored recovery matters.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook from your drift detector triggers the agent with the deal id.
  2. 2The agent reads the opportunity, MAP milestones, and recent Gmail context.
  3. 3For each silent milestone it decides the recovery move from owner side, days late, and deal value.
  4. 4It executes the chosen action — Slack nudge, Gmail draft, or manager escalation.
  5. 5It writes a decision log with rationale back to Salesforce for audit.
