Multi-Thread Escalation When the Champion Goes Dark
When a champion misses a critical mutual action plan milestone and has had no activity for a set window, an agent assembles the account context and proposes a multi-threading plan.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerSchedule checks for overdue critical milestones with a silent champion
- ActionGather opportunity, contact roles, and activity from SalesforceSalesforce
- LogicAgent reasons over the buying group for alternate contacts
- ActionDraft tailored outreach per recommended stakeholder
- OutputPost the multi-threading plan to the deal's Slack channelSlack
What it does
Triggers when a champion blows past a milestone marked critical and shows no logged activity for a defined silence window. An agent pulls the opportunity, contact roles, and recent engagement, reasons about who else inside the account can advance the plan, and proposes a multi-threading play — alternate stakeholders to reach and a suggested message for each.
When to use it
Use it on high-value deals where single-threading on one champion is the top risk. When that champion goes dark on a make-or-break step, this gives the rep an immediate, account-aware path to widen the relationship instead of waiting and hoping.
How it works
- 1A schedule checks for critical MAP milestones that are overdue with a silent champion.
- 2An agent gathers the opportunity, contact roles, and recent activity from Salesforce.
- 3The agent reasons over the buying group to identify viable alternate contacts.
- 4It drafts tailored outreach for each recommended stakeholder.
- 5It posts the multi-threading plan and draft messages to the deal's Slack channel for the rep.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.

- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
