How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerPeriodic schedule sweep
  • ActionRead overdue MAP rows from NotionNotionNotion
  • LogicIsolate buyer-owned stalled steps
  • OutputPost Slack alert tagging the AESlack

What it does

Watches the mutual action plans your team keeps in Notion. When a step blows past its target date with no status change, it posts a focused alert to your deal-desk Slack channel, names the AE who owns the account, and spells out exactly which buyer commitment stalled.

When to use it

Use it when MAPs live in Notion and your team coordinates in Slack. It surfaces a stalled step where the team already works, instead of relying on someone to manually audit each plan.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled trigger sweeps the MAP database periodically.
  2. 2Notion returns plan rows whose target date has passed and whose status is still 'Not started' or 'In progress'.
  3. 3A logic step splits buyer-owned steps from seller-owned ones and keeps only the buyer-blocked items.
  4. 4For each stalled step, a Slack message posts to the channel, tagging the deal owner and quoting the step name, owner, and days overdue.
  5. 5The thread becomes the place the team triages re-engagement.
