How it runs

  • TriggerMonday weekly schedule
  • ActionQuery opportunities + MAP milestonesSalesforce

  • OutputPost scorecard link to SlackSlack

What it does

Aggregates MAP milestone data across all open opportunities and computes a drift score per deal based on count and severity of overdue milestones and which side owns them. It builds a ranked scorecard and writes it to a Notion page so managers walk into pipeline review with the riskiest plans at the top.

When to use it

Use it when you run a weekly pipeline or deal-review cadence and want one living document that quantifies which mutual action plans are drifting, instead of opening each opportunity by hand.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule fires Monday morning.
  2. 2Query Salesforce for open opportunities and their MAP milestones.
  3. 3Compute a drift score per deal from overdue count, days late, and buyer-vs-seller ownership.
  4. 4Sort deals descending by drift score.
  5. 5Render a structured scorecard and upsert it to a Notion review page.
  6. 6Drop a Slack link to the refreshed scorecard in the sales channel.
